of Alameda, California, passed away on July 6, 2026. Born on October 5, 1939, Proncella lived a life defined by her bright spirit and her dedication to others. She was a fun, loving, and outgoing person who always had a smile on her face, bringing warmth to everyone she met.

For many years, Proncella was a familiar and reassuring presence in her community. She dedicated 25 years of service as an AC Transit bus driver, navigating the local streets with care, and she also shared her time and talents as a teacher for another 15 years.

Outside of her work, Proncella found her greatest joy in the simple pleasures of life. She loved to cook, go for walks, and, most of all, spend time with her family. She leaves behind a legacy of love in her three children, her four grandkids, and her ten great-grandchildren. Her family will always cherish the memory of her laughter, her kind heart, and the smile she shared so generously.
