Toetu Leituala

Toetu Leituala, born Toetu Ah Chong, passed away on November 1, 2026, in Saaga, Siumu, Samoa. She was born on April 18, 1954, in the village of Saaga and Siumu, Samoa, to Iva and Isu Ah Chong.

Toetu Leituala was a beloved daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose life was marked by the care she gave to others. She was remembered by her family as sweet, kind, and loving, and as someone who consistently placed others before herself. Those who knew her will remember the warmth of her presence and the lasting impression she made through the way she lived.

She is survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her memory also remains with all who shared in her life and were touched by her presence.

In the faith-centered words of her family, Toetu Leituala passed the veil on November 1, 2026 and will be laid to rest on November 14, 2026. They find comfort in the belief that she was joyfully reunited with her eternal companion, Faatafuna Leituala. They also reflect on her life as that of a daughter of Heavenly Parents who was brought to this earth to perform the will of her Father above.

Her family will forever cherish the moments they shared with her and will continue her legacy wherever they walk. They also extend heartfelt thanks to each and every person who had an interaction with her or made an impact on her life.

Toetu Leituala will be remembered with love, gratitude, and enduring respect.
