In Loving Memory of Tamira Terry Nagy
Tamira Terry Nagy, of Christiansburg, Virginia, passed away, leaving behind a legacy of love, compassion, laughter, and countless memories that will forever be cherished by those who knew and loved her.
Born on May 27, 1969, Tami was a loving mother, devoted grandmother, caring sister, and dear friend. She had a heart for helping others and spent her career as a registered nurse, a profession she truly loved. Nursing was more than a job to Tami; it was a calling. She had a special way of making her relationships with her patients personal, treating each person with compassion, kindness, and genuine care. The lives she touched through her work will forever be a part of her legacy.
Tami passed away after a courageous battle with cancer, fighting with all her might until the very end.
While Tami loved her career, nothing compared to the love she had for her family. Being a Mimi to her beloved grandson, Oliver Jackson, was her greatest joy and favorite role in life. She treasured every moment spent with him, creating memories that will be held close to the hearts of her family forever. She also had a special love for her grand puppies, Tink, Scout, Boomer, and Delilah, who brought her so much happiness.
Tami was a woman who loved life and embraced every adventure that came her way. She was fun-loving, with a silly side and a way of making life brighter, lighter, and more fun. She had a way of turning even the simplest moments into unforgettable memories. With the most contagious laugh and countless stories that could keep everyone laughing, Tami brought warmth and happiness to any room she entered. Her playful spirit and beautiful personality will never be forgotten.
Tami is survived by her loving sons, Kevin Cook (Kelsey) and Aaron Jackson (Sarah); her cherished grandson, Oliver Jackson; her brother, Beaver Terry (Rhonda); and her dear friends, Cathy Collins and James Jackson III. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Wanda Jones; and twin brother Kevin Terry.
Though Tami’s passing leaves an immeasurable void in the lives of those who loved her, her spirit will continue to live on through the people she cared for, the family she adored, the stories she shared, and the laughter she left behind.
She will be remembered not only for the love she gave, but for the joy she brought into the lives of others. Above all, she will be remembered as a loving mother, a devoted Mimi, a compassionate nurse, and a beautiful soul who made life brighter simply by being in it.
No funeral services will be held at this time. A private celebration of life will be held at a later date with very close family.
Forever loved. Forever remembered. Forever our Mom and Mimi.
