Kevin Scott Kephart

Kevin Kephart, of Canoe Township, Pennsylvania, passed away on July 21, 2026. Born on January 1, 1964, Kevin lived a life close to nature, defined by his hard work and his love for the people around him.

He served his country in the United States Army and later worked as a logger, finding his livelihood in the woods. Outside of his working life, Kevin was an avid outdoorsman who found great pleasure in hunting and fishing. More than anything, he simply enjoyed being around people. He was happiest when his friends and family were gathered near, sharing in his life and company.

Kevin is survived by Tammy kephart, and by his step children, john spiers jr of punxsy, Pennsylvania, and Brittney Cochran of rossiter, Pennsylvania. He is also survived by his children, heather kephart, jeremiah kephart, and Jacob kephart, of mount jewett, Pennsylvania. He leaves behind his step grandchildren, John, Samantha, Bonnie, chase, aeris, kadyn, bradyn, and Benjamin, and he enjoyed them very much as a beloved part of his family. He will be fondly remembered by all who shared in his life and friendship.
