Debra Lee Nemeth
On Saturday, February 28, 2026, heaven gained a beautiful soul. Debra Lee Nemeth (née Tisone) passed away at her home in Susquehanna County at the age of 55.
Debbie was born on April 17, 1970. She lived in Bucks County, Pennsylvania for most of her life, where she lovingly raised her three children. Debbie was a graduate of Harry S. Truman High School, where she graduated with honors and proudly served as president of the “Work Experience” program.
She continued her education at Bucks County Community College in Newtown, Pennsylvania, and later graduated from Rider University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance.
She was a supervisor at Bio-Imaging and worked as an accountant for many years and was known for always extending a helping hand to anyone who needed it.
Debbie was the daughter of John Russell Tisone Sr. and the late Arlene B. Riccio. She is survived by her husband, Mark Anthony Nemeth, with whom she shared 23 years of marriage. She was a devoted and loving mother to her three beautiful children, Graci Leigh Nemeth, Juliana Rae Nemeth, and Anthony Julius Nemeth, whom she cherished deeply.
She was a loving sister to John Russell Tisone Jr. (Kerrie), Atlanta, GA; Heather L. Tisone (Robert), Hatfield, PA; and Jason A. Tisone (Dani), Bristol, PA. She was also a sister-in-law to Frank Nemeth (Trish) New Philadelphia PA and Kim Diamond Morrisville PA, wife of the late John Diamond.
Debbie was preceded in death by her mother, Arlene B. Riccio, and her grandparents, John and Grace Tisone, Albert Riccio and Evelyn Phillips-Riccio.
Debbie had a special bond with her nephews Jason Tisone, Tyler Foley, Angelo Tisone, Holden Tisone, Todd Skonetski Jr. (Alexis), and Salvatore Tisone. She was a proud and loving aunt to many more nieces and nephews. She had many cousins and extended family members whom she loved deeply. Debbie was a daughter, niece, sister, wife, mother, aunt, and, most importantly, a friend to everyone she met.
Debbie was a devoted wife and mother whose entire world was her children. Her life revolved around her family and she loved them with a depth that words cannot fully describe. Debbie was incredibly intelligent, generous, and selfless. She never expected anything in return for the kindness she gave so freely. She loved to make people laugh and had a goofy side that brought joy to those around her. She had a beautiful smile that could light up a room and a warmth that drew people to her.
Debbie was known for her strength, determination, and tireless work ethic. She was incredibly active and enjoyed sports, especially baseball and softball. In her younger years, she spent many summers swimming at the LPRA pool and enjoying time at the shore. She also loved music, especially Ozzy Osbourne and Led Zeppelin, and carried that love with her throughout her life.
She was proud of her Italian heritage and the strong family values she was raised with. She looked forward to Sunday dinners with her family at her Mommom and Poppop’s home. Debbie was a spontaneous spirit and loved making memories with her children.
Debbie held many treasured memories, including peaceful mornings spent walking with her husband, Mark. She loved being outdoors, especially because of her love for animals and the happiness those moments brought her.
She believed deeply in the importance of education and working hard for what you want in life. Gifted with numbers, she had a natural talent that served her well throughout her career in accounting. Her favorite color was purple, a small detail that those who loved her will always remember.
Her strength and unwavering support shaped the lives of everyone around her.
Though she is no longer with us, her love, lessons, and beautiful spirit will live on forever in the hearts of her family and all who were fortunate enough to know her. Debbie will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her and will never be forgotten. We hope you are dancing in the sky. “We love you more.”
