CARLOS GUSTAVO ORTIZ

The family of Carlos Gustavo Ortiz is profoundly bereaved to announce the passing of their cherished husband, father, brother, uncle and grandfather on the morning of October 2, 2026, at his home in Shoreline, WA with his devoted wife Alina by his side.

Carlos was born on November 24, 1939 in Caraz, Peru to Parents Gustavo Ortiz and Maxima Venegas.

Carlos is survived by his wife Alina, sons Daniel and Joseph, sister Alicia, brother Juan Jose and their children.

Carlos was a proud physician who helped the sick and poor. Carlos was a good man and he will be missed greatly by his family and friends.

A viewing was held on March 12 followed by a private family celebration of life.
