Nancy Jean Hardin
Obituary--, "In Gods' Grace"
To live in the hearts we leave behind is not to die.
The world's helping hand
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Nancy Jean Hardin, who lived from May 8, 1942 to August 30, 2026 in Gulfport, Mississippi, United States. Nancy Jean will be deeply missed by all who knew them. Their memory will live on in the hearts of family and friends. Nancy Jean Hardin was born in Waterproof, Louisiana, the eldest sister to Cora Lee Thomas and Li'Ann Ray Hardin, and mother to two daughters, Lisa Ann Hardin and Thelma Louise Hardin. A woman born from the very essence of holiness with a heart forged of pure gold, she was always eager to help anyone in search of assistance. She was never one to turn anyone away. The saying "blood is thicker than water" never applied to her—it didn't matter who you were or where you came from. Nancy Jean only sought to help and treat people the way she would want to be treated. She was a wonderful sister, auntie, and mother, and will always be remembered and missed wholly and eternally, with all sincerity and love. Rest in peace, Ms. Nancy Jean Hardin.
