With heavy hearts and deep sadness, we announce the passing of our beloved Addie Mae Henry on October 12, 2026.
Addie mae was born in fort wayne Indiana on March 20th 1948 she was a loving, caring, and cherished woman whose presence brought warmth and love to her family. She created memories that will be treasured forever and touched the lives of everyone who had the blessing of knowing her.
She will always hold a special place in the hearts of her grandchildren, Christopher, Meagan, and Brittany, levi , lilly , alex & 14 other grandchildren who will carry her love and memories with them for the rest of their lives.
Though our hearts are broken, we are grateful for every moment, every smile, every hug, and every memory we shared with her. Her love will continue to live on through her family and through the generations she helped shape.
Addie mae may no longer be with us physically, but her love will never leave us. She will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.
